I Like this Girl, and We Flirt but she is kind of moving slow, HELP ME! NEED HELP. READ!!?

Well I met this Girl, and we really hit it off. The first night we hung out, we stayed up till around 2am and I left her place and we texted for about an hour and we went to bed. The next day, we stayed up till around 5 am, we were cuddling, and holding hands watching Marley and me, which FYI - Sucks, ; ) lol. Well Then the next day, I had to go to PA, and well we ended up talking all day, then the next day, I hung out with for a few hours after work. We really hit it off, and well I kind of brought up a few things. so basically i got from her, on what she told me. was she is very cautious in getting into another relationship, but I mean we flirt all the time. ( For the first worry really, would be me being patient and giving her time, but then incidentally ending up in the friend circle ). Sometimes I am thinking I am going to far, then I back off, then she still makes the effort to talk to me. Subtle efforts, but still, efforts. So I mean, What should i do, to make this conclusion a great one to start a good relationship. I mean, I am a man, and obviously care about sex but I dont know how to get across to her that I am a caring person that really wants a serious relationship. I want to build a relationship, and I just dont know how to show her, so how do I break her being so cautious. Basically I could care less if we didnt have sex for months, as long as I could show her that I would want to build something here.
