Where is the Problem and Who is Wrong?

He had a lucky escape. Why would he want to work with somebody who would sabotage him and stab him in the back rather than see him progress. I am sure he felt very disappointed, but when he thinks about what happened would he really like to work every day with someone who behaved like that? I doubt it.
