In light of the Defense's opening statement about What happened to Caylee Anthony? Is this trial valid?

If Caylees drowned in the family pool and her Father and Kronkk also her Brother helped disposed of Caylee's dead body. Is this still a murder trial ??? Glad it is not a murder ;however what should their (4) people sentence be? Incidentally Jane Velez is out of her mind. George is a terrible witness and a liar!
