Doing the most good for the most people?

I think China does the most good for the most people ... no time wasted on ridiculous religion when there is NO god .... their 1 child per couple policy moves their average IQ way ahead of the rest of the world ( the 1st born is usually the most intelligent .. so, they have intelligent 1st born males breeding with intelligent 1st born females )
