I want to train dolphins and work with marine animals. Where do I start?

I have always wanted to work with animals and dolphins are by far my favorite animal. I want to train dolphins and other marine mammals but I don't know where to start. Please give me the facts and things I would need to study and all of that, links would be helpful. Thanks in advance!
