My piercing is itching? Is it infected or is it just the irony of all these different events put together?

So I know that when that usually happens it means that a wound is healing. I recently got my piercing two days ago and incidentally I had a shower last night and afterwards it felt a bit funny. I cleaned it but the next morning (today) it was pretty sore - is it possible that I ironically slept on my stomach and the rest of the days activities made it worse? To even further things, my boyfriend kept on accidentally hitting it (and it reeeeeeeaaallly hurt) and right now it's very itchy and a bit red. Am I doing things okay? I'm worried it's infected already but I can at times be paranoid and everything, there is no pus but it is extremely itchy and I'm just worried if I'm not looking after it well? I spray it with antiseptic atleast a thousand times and clean it with isoprpoyl alcohol swabs (medi-swab). I'm wondering is this just because of today's frequent annoyance to the area (accidentally hitting it, etc.) or is it also because of the shower and shampoo that's inside the water? I did clean it after, am I doing things right? Will this go away soon without infection??
