So what do you call it when the Mackinac association (funded by the Koch Bros.) demands that professors in?

Michigan State Colleges turn over their internet records? I assume the only way they can do this is by confiscating their computers. Incidentally, these professors will be singled out to whoever searched the word "Maddow". They will use the information to defund the school. Do you think this is scary or do you think it's justifiable and I sure would like to hear those. The Democrats are pushing for Net Neutrality and the Republicans of course are comparing it to Govt. censorship of the internet. It is not, it is the opposite. The ISP's want to provide two standards of services. One that only large corporations can afford that responds many times faster than our standard cable hookups that small businesses, organizations or even churches would use. What this means is for example you do a search on BP after another oil spill and because of the advantage the bulk of the information would show up first from BP servers, effectively controlling the internet. This works both ways remember, Obama could use it on you, oooh, scary. What's your position on this?
