US Navy Marine Mammal Program?

hi i'm an active duty FC2 in the navy, and i'm up for orders pretty soon here. I just saw a special on this program on the Jack Hanna show, and I would love to do something like this. Does anyone know what the billets are for working with them, like what rank and rate one needs to be to work with this program; are there even jobs open to enlisted Navy personnel at this command?
