Why do you think this man called me this term?

What does it mean if a guy calls you a ballbuster? I have never been called that, until this one guy came along and called me that. We were flirtatious with each other, and I have never considered myself a ball-buster. Why do some guys so quickly assume women are ball-busters? Incidentally, we never met. Thanks for your feedback!
