Can you make a claim on your car insurance for damage that you caused by backing into a pole?

I have had my car for 5 years and never had an accident or anything, but somehow I managed to accidentally back into two poles in a single week. I think all that's damaged is the rear bumper and there may be some minor metal bending involved underneath it. I've had accidents in the past (not with this particular car) but they all involved another vehicle (and most of the time I wasn't at fault) so insurance paid for repairs, but it never occurred to me that they might pay for something such as this. I have full coverage incidentally.
