How are sharks more like mammals than fish?

Unless you mean dolphins, like Awesome Sauce said, could you be asking how lamniform sharks (great whites and their relatives) are more like mammals than something like a goldfish? If that's the case, it would be "warm-bloodedness", although they create body heat differently than we do.
