Is it okay to use two year old flour?

I want to make some pancakes, but ran out of flour, so I searched my cupboard and could only find a really big pack of two year old flour. It's been used a bit but there's still so much left of it. And the packet's been tightly folded and sealed and wrapped in a food storage bag. Should I dare to use it?
